Research Notes: The Crosson's house in Greaghettiagh, currently occupied by John, Kathleen and Packie Fox, was formerly occupied by a family named McGivrey. When they left it "they spilled the milk on the ground". The Crosson's left in 1846. Margaret married Bernard Fox, son of James Fox and Unknown, in 1825 in Co. Cavan, Ireland. (Bernard Fox was born in 1800 and died in 1876 in Knockbride, Co. Cavan, Ireland.) Margaret next married Bernard Fox, son of James Fox and Unknown. (Bernard Fox was born in 1800 and died in 1876 in Knockbride, Co. Cavan, Ireland.) |
