Of Hopkins, born November 6, 1920 in Jordan, MN passed away peacefully January 25, 2016 at age 95. Genevieve raised her 14 children with courage, grace and love. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and reading. We will all miss her greatly. Preceded in death by husband, William R. Sheats; sons, Timothy R. and Christopher C. Sheats; granddaughter, Kim; her 12 brothers and sisters and daughter-in-law, Sharon Sheats.
Genevieve married William Richard Sheats, son of John Alexander Sheats and Katherine O'Connell. (William Richard Sheats was born on 22 Apr 1909 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota, died on 11 Jan 1990 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota and was buried in Grandview Cemetery, Hopkins, Hennepin, Minnesota.)
