Patrick J., 60, of Jersey City, formerly of Saddle Brook, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022. Before retiring, Patrick worked for the Port Authority as a payroll clerk. He was a parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church in Saddle Brook. Patrick enjoyed crossword puzzles, traveling, and spending time with friends in the West Village.
Beloved brother of Bill Carpenter and his wife Blaire Brooks, Margaret Mirabella and her husband Vagn, and Eugene Carpenter and his wife Tina. Treasured uncle of Stephanie, Peter, Myra, Katharine and Lauren. Predeceased by his sister Kathleen Carpenter (2014) and his parents Laurence (2010) and Maureen (2013).
Family will receive friends on Sunday November 6, 2022 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Funeral Service will be held at 9:45 am on Monday November 7, 2022, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Mass at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church 488 Saddle River Road, Saddle Brook.
