Obituary of Marion F. Brown

Marion F. "Mickey" Brown, 93, of South Hadley, passed away May 22, 2020. She was born on October 13, 1926 in Springfield to the late Raymond and Mary Hauschild. Marion dedicated her life to providing a warm and loving home for her family, whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas P. Brown in 1994 and by her daughter, Patricia C. Burden in 2011. She will be forever missed by her 5 sons, Thomas P. Jr of Newington, CT, Albert E. and his wife Debby of Las Vegas, NV, Peter K. and his wife Michelle of Springfield, John J. and his companion Vicki Ricco of Springfield, and Michael D. and his wife Sharon of Beverly Hills, FL. She also leaves 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the family's discretion. Marion will be laid to rest with her late husband at the Southern Nevada Veterans' Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marion's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital by visiting www.stjude.org, or to Shriners Hospital for Children by visiting lovetotherescue.org. The family would like to thank the staff at Vero of South Hadley for the warm and compassionate care that Marion received.

Marion married Thomas Patrick Brown, son of Patrick Brown and Catherine Theresa McDonnell. (Thomas Patrick Brown was born on 3 Mar 1928 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States, died on 20 Jan 1994 in Bullhead City, Mohave, Arizona and was buried in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City, Clark County, Nevada, Arizona.)
